About Thai Yoga Massage Therapy and courses/workshops/training

Thai massage therapy is an ancient healing therapeutic massage. The Thai massage therapist combines numerous sequences of stretching, massage, deep tissue massage and yoga postures. Thai massage therapy is so creative and unique that it is often refered to as Thai bodywork. The Thai massage therapy is performed on a mat on the floor with no oil needed as all of the massage is done through the clients clothing.

Thai massage therapy has been evolving for over 1000 years. In Thailand there are two distinct styles of Thai massage therapy those being the Northern and Southern styles. One style focusses more on stretching and yoga postures while the other on deep pressure and energy lines.
